Necklace
This work is indebted to Master Tinsmith, James Collins. This piece was made using traditional tinsmithing techniques inspired by those practiced by Mr. Collins.

This piece contrasts the luxury of jewellery on the one hand, with the form of vessels on the other. The vessels symbolise our most fundamental needs while jewellery, for the most part, is purely decorative and an unnecessary luxury.
